Q: What is your normal turnaround time?

A: 7 to 10 business days from deposit, Sample Approval, & Having all the shirts in-house for Production.   For further information please visit the company PRICE LIST link on our company home page.

Q: How can the customer provide artwork, and in what format?

A: The customer can provide artwork from either Mac or PC formats.  Please convert all fonts to line art, 300dpi to size and indicate color specs and design logo placement specs.  For further information please click the company PRICE LIST LINK on the ABOUT TIME home page.

Q: What is the  STANDARD print area?

A. Center chest print size is 13″ wide and 15″ height

B. Left chest print size is 4.5″ wide and 5″ height.

C: The largest print area is 16″wide and 21″ height for all garments.

Q: What is the  ALL OVER print area?

A: The largest print area is 40″ wide and 30″ height for all garments.

Q: What type of fabrics can be printed on?

A: For best results 100% cotton, cotton blends, polyester and nylon

Q: Can the customer supply the goods?

A: Yes.
